QN partners with Fresno Links

We have officially partnered with a new local venture in Fresno.  Fresno Links is a collection of local area business and service websites loosely organized by genre and type.  Fresno Links aims to be added resource to local business and will be cross promoted on Queer Fresno.  We are very excited about this new venture as an added benefit for local residents and visitors to quickly find resources and various services in the Fresno area.

QN expands leadership team

We added three senior bloggers to our leadership team today.  Jocelyn Brownell, Anthony Ellingwood, and Daniel Hester will be joining QN as junior officers effective today.  We have been needing to rebuild our bench for several months now due to growth and development over the first half of the year.  We are very excited about our new additions and anxiously await working with them in more official capacities.

QN to add three senior bloggers

Due to growth, development, and promotions within the organization, QN plans to add three senior bloggers to our leadership team in the next 3-5 weeks.  Rapid expansion and increased operations have really taxed our bench (or officers in waiting) and the time has come to focus on rebuilding our list of potential, future senior officers.  Our latest senior blogger promotion was Jim Reeves who moved into his new role as one of our vice presidents overseeing operations.

QN to expand national footprint

In a move intended to widen our coverage in the U.S. and increase the emphasis on our local web portals we will be going live with both Queer Dallas and Queer Miami next week.  We will be officially launching Queer Dallas on Tuesday, July 6 and Queer Miami on Thursday, July 8.  This expanded operation will be headed up by Vice President David Bishop and will lay the ground work for more specific and targeted growth and development in the surrounding areas in 2011.
