Due to growth, development, and promotions within the organization, QN plans to add three senior bloggers to our leadership team in the next 3-5 weeks. Rapid expansion and increased operations have really taxed our bench (or officers in waiting) and the time has come to focus on rebuilding our list of potential, future senior officers. Our latest senior blogger promotion was Jim Reeves who moved into his new role as one of our vice presidents overseeing operations.
Senior bloggers are volunteer writing positions that also include special tasks or areas of responsibility that help and assist QN with our overall, day-to-day operations. Senior bloggers report directly to the senior officer team and serve at the pleasure and discretion of the CEO. The position of senior blogger exists for the following three reasons:
- Help and assist us in contributing and providing content across our various sites
- Take on special projects and areas of responsibility as directed by senior officers
- Vet and prepare future senior officers as needed to fill open positions within QN
All senior bloggers must first volunteer and regularly contribute content to at least one field blog. We are in particular need of female contributors at this point in time but all genders, races, and potential leaders are encouraged to inquire.
